PET泡沫片材概述

PET泡沫芯材，主要成分為聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯（Polyethylene terephthalate），俗稱滌綸樹脂。PET泡沫是一類閉孔熱塑料結(jié)構(gòu)泡沫，具有一定的剪切、壓縮強度，因此常被用于夾層結(jié)構(gòu)材料芯材，被廣泛應(yīng)用于建筑、公路運輸、軌道交通、航空、船舶、風電等領(lǐng)域。

PET foam is a type of foam with thermoplastic structures,a certain of cutting and compression strength.Hence,it is often used in core materials with sandwich constructions,architecture,road transportation traffic,new energy automobiles,aviation,shipping and wind electricity.

PET性能優(yōu)勢

1、加工便利：通過熱成形，可以實現(xiàn)復(fù)雜的形體結(jié)構(gòu)，且在加熱狀態(tài)下熱穩(wěn)定性良好。

2、良好的力學(xué)性能：具有良好的剪切、壓縮性能。

3、可重復(fù)利用：在生產(chǎn)過程中邊角料、切屑可以重新利用制造新的材料。

4、有利于環(huán)保：傳統(tǒng)PET泡沫在生產(chǎn)時使用氟化物作為發(fā)泡劑，會對環(huán)境及人體健康產(chǎn)生一定影響，但目前最新的PET發(fā)泡技術(shù)可以利用生產(chǎn)過程中產(chǎn)生的二氧化碳作為發(fā)泡劑，因此可以做到溫室氣體零排放，非常利于環(huán)保。

5、耐高溫：在加工過程中可以短時間承受150℃左右的溫度，在使用壽命內(nèi)則可長時間承受100℃左右的溫度。

High temperature resistance:It can ensure 150℃ for a short while during process,with service life ,it can endure the temperature around 100℃  for long periods.
